Soul Flow is a rejuvenating one – hour yoga class. In this hour, we will immerse ourselves into slow flow and mindful movements, guided by our breath to cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and balance. At the end of our practice, we will surrender to a replenishing Restorative Savasana.
This class is open to all levels and welcomes everyone who would like to practice yoga conducted in English.
The most precious thing we can give to one another is our presence, which contributes to the
collective energy of mindfulness and peace. We can sit for those who can’t sit, walk for those who
can’t walk and create stillness and peace within us for people who have no stillness and peace.
