Yoga retreat with gong immersion and vegan cuisine in Dalmatia

Rava, a natural island between Dugi Otok and Iž, off the coast of the harbor city of Zadar, offers us a chance get away from it all and spend some time together. The blue of the sea and sky combined with the maquis shrubland and unique geology bring forth a sense of spiritual expansiveness.

Maria, Julián, Jakob and Gabriel are very pleased to have the opportunity to invite you to something truly special: spending a week together, returning to our centers, attending to our bodies, encouraging and nurturing ourselves and others, taking time to just breath and allowing our joyful vitality to blossom in the sunshine.

Yoga, pranayama, meditation, gong-bath relaxation, stillness.
Laughing, listening, swimming (wetsuits in May and June).
Eating, chatting, lazing around.

We offer two intensity options:
1. Yoga Vacation     €600
2. Yoga Intensive     €740

Daily program
Tea, coffee and snacks    7:00
Morning yoga                 7:30 – 9:30
Brunch                          10:00 – 11:30
Afternoon yoga               14:00 – 15:30 (for those dong Yoga Intensive)
Evening yoga                 16:30 – 18:00 (gong-bath replaces yoga on Saturday)
Evening meal                  18:30 – 20:00

Accommodations
+ Under the starry skies in the yoga tent with open or closed roof, or camping on the grounds with your own tent: €10 per person per day
+ Apartment Vela Rava, a 10 minutes walk – please contact Maria directly for details and to make a reservation

Vegan meals – €280 per week

A message from Gabriel, our cook for the retreat:
As a professionally trained chef at an award-winning restaurant, flavor explosions have been a fascination of mine from the very start. Over time I learned the importance of proper nutrition in a good kitchen, and I am able to present the perfect combination of both worlds to you. I have been living and cooking vegetarian for the last seven years, and I would like to share this vitality and health that I get to experience every day. With a foundation in traditional Chinese medicine, notable for its emphasis on harmonious eating, I adapt to the ins and outs of your specific program in order to provide you with foods that ideally support you in your activities: for calm and gentle yin exercises I prepare finely crafted, light meals for you in order to support your deeply sourced yin juices. For forceful and active exercises the fare is more energy-dense. Here we fortify your yang energy in order to stir your inner fire.
